SPECIFICATIONS ABOUT THE SERVICE PROVIDED
WARRANTY and RETURNS
1- SALE OF NEW PRODUCT
For new products, E-Repair follows the terms of the specific guarantee recognized by each specific manufacturer.The warranty for new products starts from the date of delivery of the goods or the transport document (DDT) of the product to the customer who purchased the product from E-Repair.
2- SALE OF REMANUFACTURED or REGENERATED PRODUCT BY E-REPAIR
The regeneration of products carried out by E-Repair involves the restoration and / or restarting, at zero hours, of a used product, or the replacement of all parts subject to wear with new components, in addition to the technological washing of the product and, possibly, the aesthetic restoration of the object. At the end of the remanufacturing, before sending it to the customer, E-Repair carries out complete functional tests of the product.
E-Repair recognizes, for the products it remanufactures, a 12-month warranty, which includes the repair and replacement of faulty parts in addition to the labor used to repair the product, carried out purely and exclusively by E-Repair specialized technicians or, possibly, by companies authorized by E-Repair. In some cases, at the discretion of E-Repair, it may be possible to replace the faulty product with a similar one or with another similarly regenerated one, having the same characteristics.
The guarantee will not be recognized if it is ascertained, during the technical analysis, that the product has been tampered with or repaired by third parties, or not by E-Repair personnel or authorized companies, or for failures not attributable to the quality of the product regeneration by E-Repair (for example for failures generated by voltage surges, incorrect assembly of the product on the system, incorrect storage of the product by the customer, bursts, immersion in liquids such as water or oil, accidental and environmental etc.). In this case, after the technical analysis of the fault, a repair or sale quote for another product will be made. The guarantee will operate, under penalty of forfeiture, on written denunciation of the defect or lack of quality, by the Customer to the Supplier, within 8 days of discovery, as well as on the express request in writing to carry out the intervention under guarantee.
3- PRODUCT REPAIRED BY E-REPAIR
The repair of products carried out by E-Repair involves technical analysis, technological washing and the repair / replacement of faulty / worn parts, which cause the product to fail. After the repair is complete, the product will undergo full functionality tests.The warranty for products repaired by E-Repair has a duration of 12 months and starts from the date of delivery of the repaired product or the transport document (DDT), which purchased the repair service from E-Repair. The warranty is to be considered only on the parts of the product that have been repaired. The guarantee will not be recognized if it is ascertained, during the technical analysis, that the parts that have been repaired by E-Repair have undergone, after delivery of the product to the customer, tampering or repairs by third parties, or not by of E-Repair staff or authorized companies. The guarantee will also not be recognized for failures not attributable to the quality of the product repair by E-Repair, (for example for failures generated by power surges, incorrect assembly of the product on the system, incorrect storage of the product by of the customer, explosions, immersion in liquids such as water or oil, accidental and environmental events, etc.). In this case, after the technical analysis of the fault, a repair or sale quote for another product will be made. The guarantee will operate, under penalty of forfeiture, on written denunciation of the defect or lack of quality, by the Customer to the Supplier, within 8 days of discovery, as well as on the express request in writing to carry out the intervention under guarantee.
4- REPAIRS AT THE CUSTOMER
Should repair be necessary and requested at the Customer's premises, the recognized guarantee is equal to 12 months and only includes defects related to the replaced spare part and its repair. The guarantee provided by the Supplier consists, at the sole choice of the same, in the repair or replacement of the spare part damaged due to original defect. In the event that, in addition to the product under warranty, another spare part needs to be replaced and a different repair must also be carried out, the warranty will operate only on the product originally replaced and therefore the travel expenses of the technician will be due, including room and board, as well as related to the replacement of the product not covered by warranty. It is understood that the guarantee will not operate in the event that the Supplier's technician ascertains that the Customer has used the product or system in contravention of its instruction manual and not in accordance with its intended use. The guarantee will not operate even in the event that the Customer has made changes without the written consent of the Supplier, has made an improper use of the machine or has performed or had interventions carried out by personnel not authorized by the Supplier. At the end of the intervention, the Supplier's technician will release to the Customer the details of the operations carried out with any suggestions for the correct use of the machine; it goes without saying that in the hypothesis in which the intervention should not be decisive and the technician should intervene again, the guarantee will not operate if the Customer has not followed the suggestions previously given. Unless otherwise agreed, in the case of a deferred invoice, the Customer, in the event of a breakdown apparently covered by the guarantee, will in any case have to pay the amount due within the established terms. Unless otherwise agreed, if the repair at the Customer did not provide for the replacement of any spare parts but consisted solely of the technician's labor, the warranty will operate only in the 15 days following the repair itself with the consequence that, in the event of subsequent malfunction of the system or of the goods for the same reasons, the Supplier may request the full price of the new intervention. The guarantee will operate, under penalty of forfeiture, on written denunciation of the defect or lack of quality, by the Customer to the Supplier, within 8 days of discovery, as well as on the express request in writing to carry out the intervention under guarantee.
5- REQUEST RETURN UNDER WARRANTY
In the event of a fault, during the 12-month period, it will be necessary to contact our Customer Care at +39 0586/951883, which will send the request form for return under warranty, to send the product to our laboratory. Please make sure all items are securely packed to avoid further damage in transit. All items under warranty will be repaired free of charge and returned to the sender. If the item is not repairable, a product replacement will be made, or an equivalent product will be provided or, as a last resort, a refund of the amount spent will be made.
6- LIABILITY FOR TRANSPORT
The products are carefully packaged by the manufacturer and in some cases by our staff and for shipments, partners are chosen who guarantee excellent quality of service. However, in the event that it is ascertained that the product has been damaged by the courier of E-Repair during shipment, the guarantee will be recognized or not depending on the conditions of return. We therefore recommend that you check the condition of the packaging during the acceptance of the product by the courier, and, in the event of anomalies or damage, not to accept the package or accept it with reserve, indicating the type of anomaly or damage found. The E-Repair warranty does not include any failures due to falls or incorrect handling by the customer, after the delivery of the product by the courier. In that case, after the technical analysis of the fault, a repair or sale quote for another product will be made.
